CiSA Consultancy Services Company Limited was founded in 1988 by Derek Lantin and his Thai partners. Derek Lantin worked for the Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels Limited (known as the Peninsula Hotel Group) in Hong Kong for 11 years as Development Manager he later joined Pannel Kerr Forster Services Limited in Hong Kong as Managing Consultant prior to forming CiSA in Thailand.

  CiSA specialises in the hotel, resort, and commercial property development fields.

  CiSA undertakes market and financial feasibility studies, and formulates the corporate and financing structures required to implement a development. Our feasibility studies typically include all of the information needed by potential lenders and investors. The studies include market data, design briefs, cost estimates, financing plans, profit and loss forecasts and cash flows.

  CiSA also undertakes project planning and project management. As Project Managers, CiSA takes care of the design supervision, the budgets, the cost-control, the schedule and the construction standards. Effectively, CiSA acts as the Owners' representative to ensure that the project is built on time, on budget and to the Owners' requirements.

  CiSA works throughout Asia and the Pacific, and is staffed by highly experienced professionals.
